Welcome to the DT38 Foundation November newsletter, Channel38.
This is where we bring together all the very latest developments, events and support stories at DT38.
It’s also a chance for us to share important information about the work we do to raise awareness of testicular cancer around schools and in communities as well as publicly offering our thanks to the many people who support us in our endeavours.
A Knock Out Success at Awareness Below The Belt 2.0
The second White Collar Boxing event for DT38 on November 10th was a tremendous success.
More than 800 people arrived at the world famous York Hall, London, to witness a courageous cohort of novice boxers enter the ring to raise funds for DT38 Foundation.
The day began with a minute’s silence – called by event MC Billy Nicholson – to mark Remembrance Sunday before a series of spectacular bouts and special displays.
DT38 Ambassadors Carlton Cole, Sky Sports presenter Bianca Westwood, professional boxer Mark Little and Tom King joined the crowd to show their support.

The card kicked off with a superb sibling rivalry featuring sisters Ashley and Maddison Troon donning the gloves to produce an exciting fight under the watchful eye of Peacock Gym, who hosted the event alongside our charity.
Along with many more thrilling contests, including a victory for Danny “The Boss” Mardell, there was an inspiring display from a fantastic young boy known as “The Real Champ” who has overcome the barriers of disability to take up the sport.
His dream came true on the day as he brought York Hall to its feet whilst being joined on the big stage by professional fighters James Branch, Wadi Camacho and Anthony Yarde.
Thank you to everyone who took part on this amazing day of fundraising for DT38.
In everyone’s eyes all contestants were winners, but here are the match results:-
