Testicular cancer is often painless in its early stages. Many men don’t experience discomfort, meaning a small lump or change can easily go unnoticed without regular self-checks.
If you notice any lump or change in your testicles:
- Visit your GP immediately
- Insist on an appointment
- Request an ultrasound scan
Early detection saves lives.

In tribute to Dylan, former West Ham coach and DT38 Ambassador Mark Phillips will run 12k on 18th April 2026 at the Cowdray Estate Trail in the South Downs National Park, alongside his daughter Romy Chinery.

A powerful new article highlights how monthly testicular self-checks can save lives. Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in males aged 15–45, but early detection makes it highly treatable.
