DT38 x just ride southend – every lap counts

DT38 has joined forces with Just Ride Southend in a bid to see 3,800 laps completed at the venue in September.

Every lap that every member of the public completes during the month will count towards the total and DT38 is encouraging people to join the fun in support of our charity.

Just Ride Southend is a facility that is open for all and it also has bikes equipped for people with many kinds of disabilities.

The event is part of the Dylan Tombides DT38km Challenge which is taking place to remember Dylan in the tenth anniversary of his passing.

There is no need to book, just turn up at the centre during opening hours to contribute to the target.

Just Ride Southend runs regular drop‑in inclusive cycling sessions for people of all ages and abilities.

Based at Southend Leisure & Tennis Centre at Garon Park. They provide a safe traffic-free experience for all from 0-97yrs. old so far! with their 135 bikes inc. 2 wheels through to our specially adapted cycles to cater for all abilities or health conditions.

Their aim is to provide a safe fun experience for everyone and the entry fee is £2.50 donation per rider, carers and parents of children riding are free and welcome to ride.

All of that money goes to Just Ride Southend, however, we’ve also set up a fundraising page in case you want to make a donation to DT38 to support our work raising awareness of testicular cancer.
