Father of Dylan, Jim Tombides, was delighted to meet the players at West Perth Football Club to talk about the risks of testicular cancer and the importance of self-checking. We love it when you share cool pics with us. Our fave this month is this shot of young Hammers fan Fred, from Hornchurch, pictured here in front of an image of Dylan Tombides inside London Stadium on the day of the Premier League match versus AFC Bournemouth.
