DT38 White Collar Boxing Event – Tickets Now On Sale

Tickets for the first ever DT38 White Collar Boxing Day are now on sale.

The main event will feature David Sullivan Jr – son of West Ham United FC Joint-Chairman David Sullivan – who will enter the ring as part of a thrilling day of White Collar Boxing at London’s legendary York Hall.

The busy card of bouts for beginners (mostly) will also see Taylor Tombides – brother of our charity’s inspiration Dylan Tombides – compete alongside a host of more than 20 willing first-time fighters.

Taking control of the DT38 fundraising auction and presenting the trophies on the day will be former WBC light-heavyweight World Champion John Conteh. The event will be hosted by former BBC sports broadcaster Johnny Barran.

The phenonoman that is White Collar Boxing has taken the world by storm in recent years.

For the uninitiated, White Collar Boxing is a white knuckle ride which gives the opportunity for complete novices – or those with limited experience – to the sport to don the gloves and compete in a boxing match.

Of course, because the action involves men and woman who – for the most part – have never boxed before, the event will be overseen by the qualified experts from London’s famous Peacock Gym.

Tracy Tombides, Founder of DT38, said: “We are really pleased to be able to stage this event with the help of West Ham United, Peacock Gym and Crown Community London.

“It’s going to be a thrilling day of entertainment and we’re really hoping to see as many people there as possible.

“I’m extremely grateful to all of the men and women who have agreed to fight and, in particular, to David Sullivan Jr who’s a great sport for putting himself up for this to help our charity.

“The money that we raise from the day will be used to continue our mission to raise awareness of the risks of testicular cancer to men’s health.

“Remember, delay is deadly get educated guys. It could save you life.”

All profits from ticket sales and the prize auction on the day will be donated to DT38 Foundation.

Tickets* are priced as follows:-

Ringside (seated) – £60
Balcony (seated) – £50
Stalls (seated) – £40

*Booking fees included within ticket price

DT38 Foundation was launched in 2015 to raise awareness of Testicular Cancer in memory of former West Ham United FC player Dylan Tombides, who lost a brave battle with the disease in 2014, aged 20.

DT38 Foundation White Collar Boxing Day is officially supported by West Ham United FC, Peacock Gym and Crown Community London.
